I am a part-time ceramic artist and sole trader so thank you for your patience with the post. Your support means everything. 

Delivery & Returns

Orders will be packed and dispatched within five business days of the order being placed. Please note that I cannot take responsibility for addresses entered incorrectly. Please ensure the postal address is correct at the time of ordering as I'm unable to update details after checkout.

Delivery for customers in the UK

Orders of total weight under 2kg are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For (tracking available on request). Their delivery aim is 2 to 3 working days including Saturdays.

Orders of total weight over 2kg are sent via Royal Mail or courier service. Their delivery aim is within 2 days.

All UK customers should receive orders within 5 to 7 working days of ordering.

UK shipping prices

All shipping costs are based on the dimensions and weight of each item.

International Shipping Costs

All shipping costs are based on the dimensions and weight of each item. International shipping is available. Please contact me to receive a quote about delivery for Customers in Europe, USA and the rest of the world through the Contact Page on the website.

**Please note that international orders may have customs charges placed by the receiving country on delivery of the package.**

 Import duties and other charges are not included in the shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Breakages & Returning Items

I spend a lot of time ensuring my handmade pieces are wrapped well and in double walled packaging boxes.

In the unlikely event something does get broken in transit, please keep packaging and item, photograph item in the original state it arrives in and send me a message via the Contact Page within 7 working days to discuss return and exchange/refund.

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days after returned item is received by Suz MacInnes Ceramics.

Other Payment Options

PayPal and Stripe payments are available through the website. If you would like to discuss Bacs payments instead, please contact me via the Contact Page.
